18CT RUBY AND DIAMOND FITTED RING SETThe customer brought in this gorgeous ruby cluster ring and 1 diamond band that needed remaking, so we recrafted the 18ct yellow gold ruby ring completely by hand using the original gold and remade 1 band using customer's stones and 1 completely new one.PLATINUM SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND RINGAnother stunning handmade ring from our on-site workshop.

Wow!!! what an amazing shop and staff. I took all my broken and unwanted silver to Carats, they melted it down and Cheyanne hand made me 7 identical bracelets one for each of my grandchildren.
The service and the attention to detail on the bracelets was far more than I was hoping for.
The bracelets will something the grandchildren will have forever. I cannot thank everyone enough at Carats for their help with my beautiful bracelets.. I highly rate and recommend this shop. Thank you from a very happy customer.

I would be giving 1 star if based upon customer service. I was greeted with a sneer, I wanted a ring re sized. Judging by the way I was looked at I thought maybe a cat had dragged me in. After the rings were sneered at by a younger man, who did not acknowledge me once. He whispered in code 'well cz and silver...' After correcting him they were diamonds, still without any eye contact, barked the price at the older lady serving me. Now at this point I really should have taken my custom elsewhere. I was told around 3 weeks before they were ready but would get a call if they got it done earlier. I

If I could give Carats 10 stars I would! They have done the most amazing job, resizing my engagement ring. It had to be reduced by 5 sizes, which I know is tricky, but you cannot even tell! Thank you so much! You have done a brilliant job and I couldn't recommend you enough!

Professional and friendly staff. Work is of a very high standard and you can have all your own designs made there. They will also use stones or older jewellery and remake it into something more modern. I love this place.

This is a lovely family-run business and the staff are very friendly and helpful; they do exactly what they say in their radio ad! I took my engagement ring to them in 2015 for repair and came away with a remodeled engagement AND eternity ring (pictured), which I was so thrilled with that I had them make me a plain white gold wedding band the following year. I took said rings in to be re-rhodium plated last week and they've come back looking brand new.
While I was there I inquired about anklets and was informed that I could have a bespoke one. I was advised which type of chain to use for strength
