Fantastic follow up Service.
We are sometimes very quick to talk about receiving poor service, which I was last week. But the following a day a received a call from Duncan who had heard about the poor service I had received. He listened to my disappointment but he was very gracious and very humbling in what he said to me and demonstrated what Robert Gatward are all about. He invited me in to meet him face to face and discuss the incident further over a coffee. Which I have done today and had a very pleasant experience. By taking the time to contact me and acknowledge the service was not up to

Such a brilliant experience,
I contacted them regarding a ring I had found online, the customer service was brilliant from start to finish! - they shipped the ring from one store to another just so me and my other half could see it! We loved the ring, The ring had be changed size and it was done fairly quickly, we were kept in the loop the whole time and the staff were very polite and excellent!
Massive thank you to Laura in Ipswich and the online time, I do forget who I specifically spoke to but they were brilliant too!
I'd definitely recommend RG to a friend :)

You only really know what great service is when something doesn’t quite go to plan. When my husband ordered a ring for my 50 th birthday, the wrong one arrived. The team at Robert Gatward all worked hard to make sure that the right one came in, we were kept up to date with what was going on and they moved heaven and earth to get it in in time for my birthday. It arrived on the day, they called me the day before to tell me it was coming in and on the day when it arrived, also wishing me a happy birthday! They have all been very kind, they are always friendly and professional and going in there

Sean was very helpful and even though I was not able to go into the shop due to COVID , he didn’t rush me on the phone went through everything , explained my options and had a great informed chat. Sean is very knowledgeable and I cant wait for the watch to come into stock and hopefully we will be out of lockdown and I can go into the shop to complete my purchase

Good customer service - Although they were unable to assist with the item that i was looking for, they called me back to explain why this item was unavailable and took the time to discuss the reasons behind this and had a general chat. If i get the chance in the future i will not hesitate to purchase from them as the customer service was above what i had experienced elsewhere at other high end jewellers
