Susannah Chenevix-Trench and her team are based in the beautiful medieval town of Woodbridge, Suffolk. Chenevix Jewellery is a trusted and well-respected brand, drawing customers from both home and abroad. Susannah qualified in 1993 and has gained extensive knowledge and expertise throughout her successful career, which has included working as a consultant gemmologist in the Far East.
Our bespoke jewellery design service offers the ultimate in personal gifts. Each piece is unique, whether it is newly crafted or the remodelling of a classic treasure. We recognise that commissions are highly individual and understanding a client's wishes and expectations is key. The process begins with a relaxed consultation with Susannah and together you will build a picture of the personality and style which the piece must capture.
Some of our most rewarding work is transforming an unloved piece of existing jewellery, often discarded, into a stunning contemporary wearable design. Recognising that such items often have huge sentimental value, we take great care and discretion throughout the design process as we bring them to new life.
We provide general repairs which are evaluated on an individual basis. We also undertake antique jewellery restoration work, including matching missing or damaged stones. Please contact us for an appointment to review your requirements. We can arrange for your bespoke or remodelled jewellery to have an independent valuation performed, providing full details and photographs for insurance purposes.
For goods up to the value of 50 you can choose delivery by either 1st class post or insured special delivery. Goods over 50 in value can be sent by special delivery which is a next day service (excluding holidays) for orders received before 1 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday, includes insurance cover and will require a signature on receipt.
