The resulting jewellery collections are created from traditional materials like diamonds, gold and silver to contemporary ones such as acrylic, wood, aluminium and recycled materials. Local Southwest jewellers are well represented from Devon and Cornwall and we always insist on high quality within the unique innovative handmade designs.

Victoria Sewart Contemporary Jewellery Gallery was established in 2006 - The first of its kind in Plymouth. As a successful jewellery designer for over 20 years, opening a gallery was the next logical step for gallery owner, Victoria Sewart. I have always wanted to run my own gallery. It is a fantastic opportunity to bring the very best of contemporary jewellery design to a wider audience, says Victoria.
We are situated in the historic waterfront Barbican area of Plymouth, amongst the cobbled streets of artist studios, individual shops and cafs. The gallery is unlike conventional jewellers. We are continually on the hunt for extraordinary, inspiring work. The resulting collections are created from conventional materials with precious metals and stones to contemporary ones including acrylics, stone, aluminium and recycled materials.
I challenge anyone to resist the variety of tempting treasures in the jewellery gallery. Gently attentive sales staff helped guide me, as an overwhelmed and indecisive shopper to select pieces which suited my personality and I would continue to enjoy wearing.

At Victoria Sewart Contemporary Jewellery Gallery, we are proud of the creativity of our designers and their high quality craftsmanship. August, September and October are one of the busiest times for trade shows, with a chance for us to source. Sarah Pulvertaft Sarah established her jewellery workshop in London in 1995, now based in rural Oxfordshire she continues to sell. Having risen to the forefront of contemporary abstract printmaking, Heidi has become established as one of the most powerful artists.

Bought my girlfriend some jewellery from here. Was given great advice. Looks quite small from the outside but lots of choice downstairs and upstairs. Lots of independent designers sell through here so if you are looking for something a little different /special then this would be a great place to visit.
