This Optician is simply the best I have been to, and I have visited quite a few in the last few years, they provided me with wonderful new glasses when my eyesight had deteriorated due to a brain surgery. they did it all very quickly to the highest standards. What a fantastic Optometrists!! After having Covid, my 7year old son continued to suffer with a blood shot eye. The GP advised an Optrex solution but, after over a month of use and many GP consultations with no diagnosis, i took my child to Broadhurst. He was seen by an extremely competent and knowledgeable opthalmologist who immediately treated my son and diagnosed a problem, sending us to the hospital A&E to receive further treatment. (Not only this,he took the time to call A&E to inform them of Matthew's condition)I am indebted to this optometrist, as my child would have lost the sight in his

One star is for charging a lot of money and still my glasses do not work, when I get a second opinion from ahmed he says they are good, well obvs not, as now I have headaches!! I see specsaver tomorrow for another opinion. £1000's spent with no success, they like to take your dosh but seriously disappointed.

Very thorough eye exams, and a great selection of frames which the staff take real care in helping you choose and fit. I was nervous of my first pair of vari-focals but they are brilliant and I love my Kirk and Kirk frames.

My previous opticians had recently closed down and I was needing an eye test. On the recommendation of my neighbour I decided to try here. I will definitely be using them in the future and both my wife and daughter have now booked in. The eye test was the best that I have had and the help in selecting my glasses was first rate. I have just collected my specs and the varifocals are such an improvement on my last ones, I’ve now ordered some half priced sunglasses. Happy that I found this place!
