I was surprised and delighted by the level of service I had from Strakers in Corsham. I had 3 local agents to value the property at the outset, but Matt from Strakers was the obvious choice immediately. He knows his stuff, has great local knowledge & is straight talking. He valued the house at a sensible price (unlike one of them who valued it at least 50,000 over what it was worth), & got to work marketing it immediately once we agreed terms.
Once the sale was underway, the progression team, in particular George, were fantastic, liaising with everyone involved & ironing out problems as they arose. Everyone I dealt with there were friendly & super efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. The service from the whole team at Strakers was excellent from start to finish.

We cannot recommend this team enough. Both the Sales team and in particular, the Sales Progression team were absolutely fantastic throughout what was a very complex and frustrating sale. The way in which they managed the sale of our house and kept us constantly updated (from another country) was brilliant. A constant flow of pre-vetted potential buyers - very well managed. Our completion wouldn't have happened without their professional tenacity.

Strakers have been managing my rental properties since I moved them over from another property management company about four years ago. I live outside the UK so rely very heavily on the staff of the management company to be my eyes and ears and provide good communication. Recently one of my properties needed a total rehab due to its age, and that included a completely new kitchen in addition to flooring and paint.
