Paxtons Estate Agents is managed by the owner Paul Horwood who has in the region of 35 years experience in Estate Agency with the rest of his career being spent in new homes, and major construction project management, including the 200m refurbishment of the Home Office in London. Paxtons Estate Agents was set up to provide a truly personal service that is different to other Estate Agents.
This is a beautifully appointed detached family home located in a semi rural location with views over the adjoining countryside. This is a beautifully presented detached bungalow that has been completely refurbished throughout to an exceptional standard. This is an excellent two bedroom coach house with two good bedrooms, large lounge/kitchen/breakfast room, and a large integral garage.

We can offer you a number of services, primarily being the full managed service and also tenant finding service. We will always look to get you the best tenant that we can and they will be thoroughly vetted and credit checked to ensure that they are suitable and that they are credit worthy.

Great service from Paxton's Estate agents. I would definitely recommend. Not only are they competitively priced, they found a buyer for our house within two days but what was particularly impressive was the follow up to completion of the sale.
They provided consistent regular follow up and were very supportive in seeing things through, especially as the country went into lockdown shortly after we received our offer.

I can highly recommend Paul and his team, having used both his rental and sales teams.
As I don’t live in the area though currently rent out a property through them and have done for years it’s the only agents I found that go that extra mile. Always in contact and always go above and beyond what you would expect. Having just sold a property within the last month Paul and his team were relentless in the efforts to keep the chain moving.
