We will visit with full research of what comparable properties have sold in the local area and what properties are currently on the market, to provide you with an accurate and honest figure of what your home is worth. We ensure that your property is marketed on all of the major property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
We ensure all of our prospective tenants are fully credit checked, referenced with previous landlords and income referenced to ensure we have the best possible tenant for you property. We inspect your property EVERY THREE MONTHS to protect your investment and ensure its being looked after in the manner you would expect.
