We designed the PAAM Onsite App to help with managing teams of staff and volunteers onsite. The main PAAM system is targeted at staff and volunteer recruitment and management before and after an event. When working at the actual event many have still be relying on spreadsheets to check people in, allocate shifts, keep a record of resources allocated, track shifts, hours, and performance.
We're continually working with our clients, adding new features to their PAAM systems to help them get the most out of PAAM. We are using PAAM for the administration and recruitment of customers and professional crew for The Swedish Ship Götheborg and we are very happy with it. The system makes it easy to communicate, both on an individual level as on group level. The system is easy to work with and can be adjusted to your specific wishes. For example, we have a build in payment system for our customers, which is very easy to manage.
