I’ve been dealing with Jake Croft for several months now both as a candidate for a role which he contacted me for and also as a manager I’ve been recruiting for staff for in the role he originally placed me for.

Spoke with Jake Croft who managed to get me settled into a managed IT service provider and sorted out the interviews quickly and efficiently after our first phone call. I was a bit standoff at first with recruiters due to my past experience with them but Jake took away that anxiety with his friendly, likeable approach.
