Lakeside Physiotherapy
We're a small private clinic and have no waiting room or reception, so clients will not be required to sit with any other patients should they arrive early for their treatment. We're currently open on alternate days Mon/Weds/Fri and seeing no more than six patients on these days.

Established for over a decade in the beautiful and dynamic cathedral City of Lincoln we seamlessly mirror our surroundings by providing bespoke Chartered Physiotherapy treatment and massage in a natural tranquil environment, while also being the region's premiere consultancy in workplace ergonomics.

Jason is an alumnus of the University of Teesside and graduated with First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy in 1995. It was an achievement made all the more laudable by his being the only student among his peers to be awarded a First that year, while simultaneously capturing the Valerie Lord Prize for his undergraduate research dissertation, Physiotherapists' Knowledge Level of HIV and AIDS'.
Physiotherapy aims to restore normal movement and function following illness or trauma using physical, rather than chemical, modalities.

Regardless of whether you're a self-funding private client, referred to us by your GP/consultant, or through any of the number of contracts we hold with the NHS and local industry, you can be rest assured that Lakeside Physiotherapy and Ergonomics has the expertise to assist with ANY type of soft tissue, bone, joint or nerve problem (we specialise in shoulder and foot-and-posture related biomechanical issues in particular).
Lakeside Physiotherapy is a Chartered and State Registered clinic meaning you can self-refer as a private patient should you wish, and without consulting with your GP. However if you wish to use private medical insurance to cover the cost of your treatment, we usually advise that you check the details of your policy with your private insurer first to determine whether a doctor's referral is required prior to starting any treatment.
To assess or treat your problem effectively an element of undressing may be involved so please bring shorts or underwear in which you feel comfortable. Ladies with neck and/shoulder problems may wish to attend wearing a vest or loose halter-neck top. X-rays, scans and/or the written results of other medical investigations are always helpful and assist in either diagnosis/prognosis and subsequent treatment planning.
All private clients are treated in our bright, modern, treatment studio situated by the side of Hykeham Boating Lake. We've installed the latest high-efficiency PV panels so if you visit during daylight hours then your treatment is solar powered. We're located half a mile from Hykeham roundabout on the A46 and before the Moor Lane junction on Newark Road.
