Moved my cars from Halfords servicing to Fiveways and haven't looked back. Great service, excellent prices and lovely staff. The Manager has excellent Customer service manners, The receptionist is a lovely friendly lady and my cars have had 2 great services. I live local which is handy and highly recommend this Garage for all your vehicles needs. Booked in now for a new Timing belt in February.

Really great customer service. Where most garages we talked to didn't want to take on warranty jobs, these guys were happy to. Jo the receptionist was amazing, keeping me up to date with the progress of the repair and sorting the warranty claim super quickly. Rush, the mechanic was also really helpful, friendly and knew his stuff. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

I had my car taken here to get my drive shaft replaced after breaking down. I spoke to a lady called Jo who was super helpful! She took down all the details and called me back 30 minutes later to let me know that they could fit me in. As i had to arrange payment with my warranty company, the team were super on the ball with chasing it up, sending over the correct and relevant information and keeping me updated via phone and email. Due to the excellent customer service, hard work and good communication skills I was able to get my car back 2 days after it went into the garage. I am super impressed
