We used MC Autos today & was over the moon with the services provided by staff too! We had 4 Wheel Alignment assessment & adjustment carried out which has been completed to a very high standard. We was kept in the picture from the word go (Images/videos) the guys even told us about some upcoming jobs that might need addressing in the near future..

I have been to M C Autos multiple times over the last year and have yet to have a bad experience. When I call to book an appointment the staff is very helpful and can sort me out an appointment within the week which is much appreciated as my job doesn't allow for much planning in advance. Paul has been so helpful showing me videos of the issue and the way they've fixed it with descriptions to help me understand as I am fairly clueless but am still never made to feel like I'm being taken advantage off or talked down too as I feared when going to mechanics due to some stereotypes. Needed a failed power steering pump replaced and so checked out some nearby garage Google reviews. MC Autos stood out by far.
Extremely impressed with MC, customer service is brilliant. My car was booked in immediately and I was kept up to date with progress on the repair via messaging, phone calls and even videos of the diagnosis and next steps to repair.
The job was clean and quick, I'll definitely be back and can highly recommend that others use MC Autos. Cheers.

Car issues sorted out when my local garage could not. Paul kept me regularly updated. Honest, reliable and great value. Highly recommend.

A Tensioner Bolt had snapped of in my engine block and was a nightmare to reach. A lot of mechanics didn’t want to take on the Job or didn’t have the right tools . After days of searching I found MC Autos who had the confidence, skill and tools to tackle the job. I got there 2 hours after closing on a Friday night and was surprised to see someone was still there. I was expecting the gentleman who I later knew to be Jermaine to point me in the direction of where to park as he was leaving to start his well deserved weekend. InsteadJermaine stayed back for 20 minutes , parked my car in safe place

I really dont want to take my car anywhere else! These guys are fantastic and provided a great service with my Porsche Cayenne. Natalie is just awesome! Thankyou for all the great communication and friendly manner. Massive thanks to Chris and Jermaine for fixing my Car. I will be on bread for the rest of the month hahahah (Only joking) .Rich

I took my sports car here which is NOT an easy car to work on.
Jermaine took much time on my car and fixed all issues and extras, to ensure my car was running well before pick up.
He even fixed extras on my car such as fuel cap, loose exhaust and made secure unsafe electrics.
Treated myself and my car with respect at every stage. can not fault this garage whatsoever.
You would me MAD NOT to use these guys!!! Superb team.

I was greatly impressed for the following reasons:
1. They listened to my fault in detail and with attention , where most mechanics dont.
2. All staff were incredibly professional and friendly
3. Their workshop was professionally set out
4. They had fixed the issue, which wasnt am easy problem to identify. They had explained the resolution in detail, and gave me tips to fix in the future, and in great detail.
An excellent garage, and great service received from all staff.

This is my first ever google review. My experience at MC Autos was exceptional!! 10/10! I’d highly recommend everyone to bring their cars here. The team updated me every step of the way and went above and beyond to sort out my car, they even stayed after their closing hours to ensure it was ready for me to drive home. They gave me plenty of advice and information regarding my car. Special mention to James who was consulting me throughout the day, he was very patient and demonstrated tremendous understanding and skills. I’m so happy with my experience I will be recommending these guys to anyone

I have found my new local car garage! Really great service, they did a great job on my timing belt change and even spotted something which I forgot to tell them about. They have got a great attention to detail, but most of all are honest. I can see why they are rated so high now.

Big shout out to Jermaine and James for their constant updates and honesty throughout the whole process. Had a Peugeot 308 2015 plate with a serious oil pressure problem (engine light on) which they diagnosed and worked endlessly on to fix. Knowing that it was an expensive repair, they were more transparent and detailed with their explanations than any other garage I've ever dealt with. Not only do they know their stuff but the service is second to none. You'd be mad not to use these guys as your only garage. Puts other mechanics to shame who don't know what customer service means.

Can highly recommend this garage. Seized turbo on an Audi Q7. Honest, reliable and very quick. Kept me informed at all times. 1st using this garage And I’m very impressed. Very professional. I will definitely be using these guys in future it nice to have a garage you can trust

Always good service and excellent value for money ... most importantly they are trustworthy.

Had the front shocks changed on my Skoda, very good service and car feels much better. The ABS light came on after fitting suspension due to a poorly fitted replacement connector on the ABS sensor, but Jermaine spent almost an extra hour making sure this was working again. They will ensure your car is spot on before you leave and you are happy. Will certainly get any future work done with these guys/girls
