We got our alternator changed here through our extended warranty. They told us we also need to change the batteries at a cost of £405.
Because the battery was recently change and under a year old I decided to take it back to halfords for diagnostic and it turned out the battery was fine.
Saved over £400 by questioning additional works.

A tricky one to review due to the mixed experience I had with me Vauxhall. So here is a break down of my rating. I mainly dealt with Anoop. For your customer service and patience, especially for the late evening pickup. 5 stars. Regarding the work done. Well, it is done and the car is running well now. Good job, but that is the job of mechanics. 4 stars. Length of time to fix the car was way long, though I appreciate that was mainly delays by the warranty company. 2 stars. It is a bigger garage then I have dealt with in the past, and so there experience did not have the personal feel I'm used to

iAutoUK investigated a fault with my headlights that my current garage had not been able to fix. The guys at iAutoUK managed to correct the fault without a complete replacement and helped me avoid an extremely expensive repair. Very professional, polite and helpful. Will be using them again for sure.

Had an issue with my car raised by local Mercedes dealership, claiming it needed to be taken in for expensive repairs. Having approached Iauto for a quote, they explained the fault was incredibly minor (a loose nut) and repaired it immediately for free (as I had my last service with them). Back to perfect condition. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and assistance. I can't recommend them highly enough.
