I absolutely could not recommend Motor City enough. I purchased a car with them back in august and within 3 months of owning the car I sadly got into an accident last month and my car got written off. Neil has been absolutely amazing from start to finish he has done so much to help as much as he could in getting myself another car. Finally today I… picked up my beautiful New Car 😍 Neil is so lovely and has been there throughout, Himself and his team are highly recommended I will definitely be using Motor City from now on. Cannot fault all the work Jen did with helping me get a car. It wasn’t an easy process for her at all, but she did everything possible to make it happen, so did Dan and Neil, who helped out. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on, Jen would message to check in with me, lots of reassurance given throughout. I’ve now got a lovely car that I’m happy with and without them, it wouldn’t have happened. I’d definitely go back again!

Brilliant service, all staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Was only my 2nd time visiting a dealership and they 100% made up for my 1st visit at another dealership in Plymouth which were nowhere near the standards of Motor City. The hot chocolates from there coffee machine are worth a try aswell. 100% recommend

Had some warranty done from motor city even tho the car wasn’t purchased from them. At first they were faultless and regularly rang me with updates. Got the car back in with another issue connected to the work they carried out (through no fault of their own, it was the warranty company ) they sorted this again and then boom completely refused to finish the simple last bit of the job they started. Leaving me in the lurch. Even asked for receipt of the works carried out for proof for my own paperwork for the car history (as wasn’t cheap work) a few times and was told yes not a problem, I never

My focus started to sound pretty bad, but after previous experiences with older fords and a need to get to work, decided bite the bullet before anything else went wrong and to rang up motor city. Bought a couple cars here before never had an issue. Spoke with Neil on the phone, had a price range in mind, and after a 10min wait, Neil rang me back with an offer I couldn’t refuse.
