I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Quick & Clarke, Beverley who I was in contact with during the sale of my son's house. Excellent service from all the staff in the Beverley Office in helping us with a property sale following a family death. Their knowledge of the profession helped guide us through the process from solicitors to house clearance and the final sale, which was of extreme help to us as we live a good 2-hour drive away. Always kept in touch via telephone, email or letter at each stage of the process and helped with our many enquiries. Thanks to all the staff.

Absolutely first class. Quick & Clarke Estate agents provided a professional service. Previous used anotger Estate agent in bevelerly for the sake of my house and they really did not have any interest what so ever in selling my property so moved over to quick and clarke and they sold my property within 2 months. My wife and I dealt with a number of different Beverley estate agents for purchase, letting and eventually sale of a property. We would recommend Quick and Clarke for their good communication and putting in the extra effort where needed on the sale. In particular, Jordan and Nigel were really helpful and reassuring. Jordan took a lot of trouble to move things forward and his good natured and professional approach was appreciated.

At the start they was good but now it's just Poor communication. Consistently having to chase up every day. And when I do speak to someone they don't have the answer and say they will get someone to call me back shortly but never do get a call back. Left plenty of voice messages and sent lots of emails for them to take days to respond. Lack of communication all the way through our house purchase.

My partner and I rented from Quick and Clarke for roughly 2 years and were on the whole satisfied with the service we received from them. Perhaps expectedly throughout those 2 years there came a few issues with the property, which we contacted Q&C about. Most of the staff in the lettings department were great and more than happy to help sort out problems. However, whenever we dealt with the member of staff called Sue, everything always seemed far too much hard work and we were made to feel like we were the problem. Definitely not the case. I am a manager for a small building company and deal with Quick and Clarke on a regular basis. The directors such as Dawn , Richard ( when he is not on holiday) and John are very helpful , friendly and understanding.
