Houses do tend to sell themselves these days with Right Move etc however once sold that’s when the estate agents come in with there invaluable experience. I have to mention the sales progression man, James Iodine. He was brilliant when both solicitors seemed to be in a stand off. And I also want to thank Casey for the brilliant photos, virtual tour and always answering any queries we had.

5 STARS ON ALL COUNTS: Having used the services of several estate agents over the years, Wigwam homes offers by far the Best all-round selling package. Equally important, a top-notch family business. In my case, David and James where professional, helpful / friendly through-out the sale of our property. As part of our package, we were also happy with the solicitor dealing with our sale. Very impressed. I had a house for sale with another agency for around four months. We had a few very low offers but nothing serious so I changed agency to Wigwam. They had a sale agreed after 2 weeks at a sensible market price and it went through without any complications.
