Fantastic work from Leanne and colleagues! We appointed whitakers to oversee sale/purchase of our house and the new one and they are brilliant. Whitakers make moving home how it should be and certainly break the stereotype of estate agents.
Andy came and gave a realistic valuation, not too low just so they could look good selling your property quickly or too high to make it seem you’ll get more (who wouldn’t want to sell their home for more).
This was because Andy came well prepared, bringing details of comparative properties and recently sold properties to back up his valuation to provide that balance between selling quickly but also maximising the potential return.
Within a couple of days of instructing Whitakers, we had photographs
