We have extensively refurbished to ensure that the Grange Farm Dental differences can be delivered consistently:. Of course we started with the most important bit - comfy sofas. Out went the thin, uncomfortable, plastic school chairs and in came plump cushions and luxurious fabrics.

After graduating as a Batchelor of Dental Surgery in India I completed a Masters in Child Dental Health and Preventative Dentistry. I then practiced for a year as a specialist paediatric dentist in India. I completed a master's programme in Special Care dentistry at Eastman Dental Institute, London.
General dentistry covers a wide range of procedures. This includes the initial consultation and diagnostics such as x-rays and wax moulds for replacement teeth. He or she will use a variety of methods such as tests, x-rays and the like to determine what is wrong with your teeth before treatment.
Fillings: teeth can be filled with a variety of materials although our filling material of choice is a composite resin matched to the shade of your natural teeth.Crowns: these are artificial teeth or 'caps' which can be fitted over broken or damaged teeth. These will maintain their structure and protect them from further damage.

The dental implants themselves are tiny titanium metal rods which are gently placed into your jawbone. Over a few months your jawbone bonds with the rods to form, in effect, a false tooth root. A crown is placed over the metal rods to complete the treatment. Our dental implants offer a lasting solution to tooth loss, whether you have the odd gap in your smile or no teeth at all.

This was the first time I had attended this practice, as my regular dentist recommended this practice and the Dentist Ram Cahalla to extract my tooth. Ram was flexible with my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, me being unable to make my first appointment. I was greeted warmly by both the Receptionist and the Head Dental Nurse. Ram was both professional and caring of my circumstances and extracted my tooth with out difficulty. He also rang me a few days later to check whether everything was OK. If this Dental Practice was closer to where I live I may of considered switching dentists.

Utterly fantastic, kind and caring dentists. I haven't been to the dentist in 15 years because of a severe fear. These lovely people have changed that! They take all the time in the world to explain everything and make sure you're totally comfortable. Everyone at the practice puts you at ease and truly looks after you; all are the most caring people I've ever come across. Excellent professionals who are simply the best.

Excellent service – took my 9 year son here to have a Frenectomy performed. The treatment was undertaken using the latest laser technology, minimal pain where my son was offered the Wand instead of usual anaesthetic injection and performed by Dr Ram Challa, an experienced dental clinician. The clinic is bright and modern and the reception staff are very warm and welcoming - for nervous patients, this clinic provides a friendly and positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr Ram Challa and his team for any specialised dental treatment / procedures.

I met Dr Ram at his dental practice after some weeks of pain and a lot of discomfort with one of my back teeth. I had an abscess and a fracture to the tooth. Due to my ongoing treatment and medication that I am taking, removing the tooth could result in serious complications to my jaw bone.

Don't be put off by the obscure location, the Grange Farm Dental Practice is a thoroughly modern operation with all the latest techniques and equipment and even more importantly a crack team of dental specialists. The practice is headed Dr. Girija Challa who provides general dentistry but has the advantage of having Dr. Ram Challa on call to provide more complex dental surgery. The watchword of the practice would appear to be customer care, this is evident in not just in an ability to put patients at ease but also a high level of communication so that a patient understands exactly what procedures

Felt more like a trip to a relaxing spa than a dentist appointment to have a wisdom tooth extracted!
The surgery is located in a very pleasant area opposite a primary school and a great coffee shop next door if you arrive early. Parking was easy and right outside.
I was made to feel immediately at ease within their spotlessly clean facility, the care and service I received was exceptional.
At each stage (from X-ray, to deciding to take a 2nd tooth out at the same time due to further decay being spotted) everything was explained to me and I felt totally in control of the pace of the operation

I had an impacted wisdom tooth extraction here. For such an intense, uncomfortable procedure, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Staff are friendly and the surgeon is very reassuring and helped put me at ease even though I was very nervous. The aftercare is super, and I went back to get stitches out (which was extremely painful for some reason!) and they took the time to check in case I had any further questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I've had three teeth out here and despite the discomfort, I'm so grateful the dentists and nurses are so supportive and reassuring.

I have been with Grange Farm for a few years now; in my hour of need a couple of years ago, they were able to see me as an emergency within hours, treated the issue there and then.
This level of service has not changed, if anything the practice continues to mature and develop all the time; I haven’t looked anywhere else for a dentist since.
For a private practice, they are competitive and offer a very good dental care plan. Would recommend to anyone.

Needed surgical removal of tooth which I haven't had before. Staff at the surgery were brilliant and professional, making me feel very comfortable and in safe hands as was nervous about the extraction. Dr Ram answered all my questions and did a great job, healing nicely now. Will return to this surgery for future work if needed.
