Having just lost my mum and never having to arrange a funeral, want sure where to go. I cannot recommend these highly enough. From the initial meeting to the day of the funeral they were professional, attentive, warm, kind….. literally no words can describe how fantastic Emma and Colin are. Nothing was a problem, they made sure my dear mum got a beautiful send off. 💜

We had never had to organise a funeral before and the loss of our Dad was traumatic. From our first contact with Emma and Colin we felt comforted and safe that we were in excellent hands. We couldn’t have found a more caring, thoughtful & professional funeral parlour then Emma ❤️ & Colin 💙 & the team 💚 at Fisher Family funeral Directors. They made my children & myself feel so much more relaxed in visiting my husband/dad at the chapel of rest & were so welcoming & relaxed on our wishes even though we were on a lockdown. They were all so thoughtful & caring to helping in organising his service which went perfectly how my husband would have wanted.

Hand on my heart I could not recommend Fishers Family Funerals enough.. from calling Colin when my Dad was days away from passing, arranging his funeral, his funeral day and even to after my Dad passed away everyone at Fishers Family Funerals were lovely, empathetic and showed genuine love and support for my family and I. You can just tell for Colin, Emma and their staff this isn’t just a job. Their heart is fully with you.. They listen and enjoy hearing your stories you tell ❤️

This was our first time organising a funeral, and honestly we didn't know what to expect and where to start. A quick google check and Fisher Family came as the closet to our place and we wanted to proceed with a local company as opposed to a national company. Even though Emma was busy, she made time out to see my brother and I on the same day.
Emma and Colin explained everything in detail, made it easier for us to understand, completed all of the paperwork and made arrangements to bring our father from the Mayday Hospital. They even recommended us the crematorium, priest, florist etc. to make

Colin and Emma have really looked after my Nan in her last journey, as well as looking after us too! They’ve been absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond. Really made sure every last detail was perfect and even put up with us! I would highly recommend using them, they were like apart of our family more than a company arranging my nans funeral. They even referred to my Nan as Nan rather than your Nan which meant a lot to me. Hopefully not for a long time but I would definitely use them with every funeral in the future.

This was our first time organising a funeral, and honestly we didn't know what to expect. Initially we sent out a few emails to local funeral directors asking for quotes, and from the very first correspondence with Emma and Colin we knew they were the ones we wanted to handle our dad's send off. All the personal touches were there, and it really is the little things that matter during a time when, as a family, we're overwhelmed with grief. They constantly referred to dad as "dad" which may seem minor, but it really isn't. Colin met us on a Saturday to collect his clothes and chatted to us for ages
