Bernard established Perfect Timing in Chichester over 33 years ago, getting his inspiration, enthusiasm and passion for horology from his father who was a jeweller and watchmaker. Located near the centre of Chichester, a few yards from the Chichester Cross, in South Street. The team consists of Bernard Pikta, his wife Lyn and Alyssa to manage the running of the watches and jewellery side of the business, with their combined extensive knowledge of antique and fine jewellery and excellent customer service skills.
Services
Our battery replacement service is done to high manufacturer's standard and water resistance testing can be carried out to a maximum of 200 metres. We have a very skilled clockmaker to undertake all clock repairs, including case restoration. Some battery replacements can be done the day you bring your timepiece in.

Excellent service. The real difference here after visiting many shops was the owner had a fantastic knowledge about the watches, movements and nuances between brands. Spoke through the details and specifics of the movement in the watch I bought and made the experience really special. I know my watch is in great hands for the future.....

Perfect Timing is a wonderful example of a proper watch shop come showroom, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and not at any time trying to push want they think looks good on a prospective customer. They have superb customer after care and very experienced watch repairs staff. Perfect Timing is how a watch show room should be.

My son's Gucci watch was returned by Gucci as not repairable/obsolete/no longer hold the spare parts. We were recommended to try Perfect Timing "if Bernard cannot fix it it's broken". Well Bernard did indeed fix it! not only that but highlighted that Gucci do still stock the parts, from comments on the web it appears Gucci have been returning watches as obsolete at least 2015. Moral...don't by a Gucci watch, But DO shop at Perfect Timing. Excellent service, thank you.
