Based in Hexham in Northumberland, it has been our home for 21 years. In that time we have built up a well established group of clients across the UK and from time to time we also apply our trade oversees. We use the very best software and technology, but it's our engineering judgement and expertise that clients value above all else.
We are a medium sized civil and structural engineering practice based in the attractive market town of Hexham, Northumberland. Despite our rural location we are working on significant civil and structural projects across the UK and the rest of the world. Brian set up the practice in 1998. He is Practice Director with 30 years of experience in project management, design team management and practical design.

But good design engineers also administer projects from concept phase to practical completion and beyond. BT Bell Consulting Engineers provide structural engineering design services using our wealth of experience in the design of steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.
