From the first telephone contact with Andrew to the call from Ali to tell me the new owners had moved in and were delighted with their purchase I was bowled over by their attention to detail, their willingness to help (and this went far beyond marketing and selling the house) and calm, patient and caring way everyone in the office went about doing their job and looking after me. They recommended and organised local tradesmen to get the house ready - kept an eye on the property (I did not live there) and negotiated with the council to make sure access was maintained when a gas service mains was
