Equus Country & Equestrian are the recognised market leader selling country and equestrian properties with land throughout the South East and South West Counties of England. Every country and equestrian property for sale with Equus is totally unique; Houses, cottages, farms and country estates - with or without equestrian facilities - all are of interest to Equus.
So long as the property has around 1 acre or more. As well as offering equestrian facilities many of our properties offer a range of lifestyle options for buyers such as ancillary accommodation, garden studios, modern /traditional/ period barns, storage buildings, home office units, bespoke garaging, swimming pools, tennis courts and gymnasium buildings.

Services
Equus Country & Equestrian Estate Agents - The Market Leader for the sale of properties with land. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and is highly respected for being the founding agent to firmly put equestrian properties on the map where previously very little was known and even less understood about this unique marketplace.
Equus have opportunities for Licenced Associates in various geographical areas. If you are an experienced estate agency professional wishing to set up your own business or an existing estate agency owner keen to expand your portfolio of country and equestrian properties with land - Equus would like to hear from you.
If you own a property with 1 acre or more, with or without equestrian facilities, you should be speaking to Equus - it is very likely we will have a buyer waiting to purchase. Other agents may claim to be specialists, but none can match Equus' extensive database of 'waiting buyers, solely seeking Country & Equestrian properties with land!
A vast proportion of the properties we sell inevitably get altered by the new owners to suit their family's needs, whether it be to increase the equine facilities or extend the principle dwelling or add an annexe for granny; whatever the reason, Equus have a number of preferred Surveyors and Architects who can be of assistance, in particular with the equine facilities.
We often give advice to current owners with their existing property before going to the market. Our advice is free* but we ask that when the owners do decide to sell they use Equus to market their property. Our preferred planning consultants are very successful. Some are ex-local authority planners and the consultants cover not only the south east but also the UK.

I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion.
Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I.
I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property.
Thank you Celia for all of your help.

I can't speak highly enough of the first class service provided by Alisdair and Karen at Equus. Our property had been on the market for over a year with a major agent but had failed to sell. Equus found us a buyer within 2 weeks of taking the property on. Sadly, the sale fell through (due to an unforeseen structural issue with the property). It is to their great credit that Equus stuck with us as we resolved the problem and then pulled out all the stops to intelligently market the property, leading to a successful and ultimately straightforward sale. Communication throughout was timely and well

I was really happy with the level of professionalism displayed during our purchase of our dream family home. Equus kept in touch throughout the process and went above and beyond at the point of completion paying for door locks in order to ensure a smooth process. Even now, Equus have given us guidance in the purchase of additional land which they really didn’t need to do. Thank you, would not hesitate to use you again in the future.

We have just sold our equestrian property with Equus. From our very first meeting with our local specialist Celia, we had no doubts they were the right agent to go with. Their specialist knowledge of the unique equestrian market is unrivaled. On Celia's first visit to our property she was both extremely professional but also very honest and we both felt immediately at ease. When we were told that she already had a buyer in mind we thought perhaps this was a bit of 'estate agent talk'! In fact we had a viewing before the photographs or details had been produced and a full asking price offer a few
