We were looking for a new place to live in and we chose to go with Kings Estates because they had the best looking properties in the area,
The Negotiator Melissa was very nice and professional and didn't do anything that would have put us off going with Kings Estates
We were always kept in the loop if anything changes or what the next steps were for things too

The staff at Kings have all been really great, giving me a lot of their time in trying to help me find my next home. They always responded promptly and did their best to accommodate the viewing times I requested and supplied replies to my queries by asking vendors . If you are selling I’d say they go the extra mile in promoting a property to a buyer. Definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with the professionalism & friendly manner displayed by Kings. The flat we have rented is in an older building with a balcony & nicely decorated, clean, warm & cosy. We have no regrets in deciding to relocate here from South London to this beautiful town with the help of Kings.
Aside from the actual viewing all other arrangements were made remotely so we only had to travel here once prior to moving.

Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the last few weeks I can honestly say that Kings were by far the most professional. They were always happy to answer questions and responded to me within the day when I needed anything. I can’t fault them at all.
Would highly recommend as both a prospective tenant and to any landlord thinking of of renting their property.
