Martin and Karen are the owners of Arran Lodge Guest House in Torquay. We are ideally situated only a short level walk from the seafront, English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre, Princess Theatre, Harbour and Torquay town centre. Torre station is a 2 minute walk away. On your arrival a complimentary pot of tea/coffee and cake will be offered to help refresh you.
Each of our six bedrooms boast stylish en-suites with double shower enclosure, luxury comfortable beds and mattresses. All rooms come equipped with controlled central heating, a mini fridge stocked with water and fresh milk, flatscreen digital freeview Televisions, generous hospitality trays with a selection of flavoured teas, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Services
Breakfast at the Arran Lodge is a special treat and is served all year round. Guests staying with us will enjoy a cooked breakfast along with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and pastries. Our dining room has individual tables with comfortable high back chairs set in a modern spacious room, which allows for social distancing.
Our rates per night vary depending on the room and season (please see full details below). All the room prices below include daily breakfast, however, if you wish to book without breakfast, there will be a reduction of 5 per person per night. Have stayed at this bed and breakfast quite a few times and i would never stay in any other one in Torquay! Karen and Martin are amazing hosts! You have everything you can think of in the rooms (which are spotlessly clean!!) And if there is anything you need Karen and Martin do they're best to help!

Stayed mid September as a party of 4. Allocated rooms next to each other as requested, property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Good location, about 20 minute pleasant walk to marina area.Breakfasts were absolutely delicious
and service fantastic. Karen and Martin are the perfect hosts, so attentive and thoughtful. We all had a wonderful stay, so much more personal than being in a hotel where noone even knows your name. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone

We have just returned from a 2 night stay and we could not fault it in any way. Upon arrival after a long journey, their warm welcome was what we needed topped off with a warm scone. The room was a lovely size, nicely presented with a lovely ensuite and to top it off it had a cosy balcony. The room was spotless also. The Breakfast was sublime. Locally sourced products and cooked to perfection with a lot to choose from. Karen and Martin were so welcoming and looked after us so well. We will definitely be back when we are away in that part of the country again.

We have just returned from a 3 night break .our room was very clean and beds very comfortable the owners Martin and Karen go that extra bit further to make sure their guests have everything they need. Breakfast is amazing you must try the omelettes.we mentioned to them about a place called Ansteys cove as we were told is a nice place to visit .Martin printed off details for us without us asking. Very kind of him .would recommend this B &B .thank you from Trevor Mel Dan and millie x

My partner and I have just returned from a 3 night stay and we can’t fault it!
The room was lovely, nice size and included lots of added extras such as shower slippers and good quality towels etc. The breakfast was amazing- lovely cooked breakfast each morning with a handy booking system- sausages were great- could really tell they had gone the extra mile and locally sourced their products from the butchers etc. And to top it off both Karen and Martin were lovely- it was my partners birthday and they put a complimentary card and cake on the table which I thought was such a lovely touch. Overall
