Called this company as I require assistance with an oil boiler. I introduced myself, explained I am having an issue and I asked whether they could help at all, and the response I got was "yeah I'm not bothered" and the call cut off.

Had another boiler installation from Paul on our second house and we’ll definitely use his services again in the future. Prompt reply, no obligation quote, two days later came for installation. Full system flush, smart thermostat set up, all around radiator bleed and boiler swap done in 2 hours!!! The team is very organised and do a surgical clean job. They will advise what’s best for you and provide their ongoing support post job completion. If you go with Paul, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul and his team fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder. From the start they were really professional. The quote was fair and transparent, they arrived on time as scheduled, worked extremely efficiently and completed the job in one day with minimal disruption. Great job finished to a high standard and left the place clean and tidy. Spot on and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would certainly employ again.

Paul and Matty did a very professional boiler conversion for us and we now have a combi boiler installed, the whole process was done in one day. Excellent value for money, with a 12 year Worcester Bosch guarantee. They left our place clean and tidy and did everything they agreed to do to a high standard and were prompt with all paperwork and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
