I have been so, so pleased with everything about N Jenkins & Sons. Wonderfully pleasant to deal with, very helpful, and very knowledgable too. Accommodating on the phone, Jamie is great. Responded quickly, sorted out our boiler and smart thermostat and re-balanced the system. I have dealt with many, many plumbers over the years and Neil and his company are the best.

I was booked a 6 hour timeslot for a boiler service by this company through Utility Warehouse, 7 and a half hours later 2 phone calls to the company and 1 to Utility Warehouse I was informed he was no longer coming as he was stuck on an emergency!! While I understand these things can happen would it be difficult for you to contact the customer as a matter of courtesy to inform them of this. Not only have I wasted a days annual leave that was taken specifically for this but I've been unable to leave the house since midday in case you turn up. Very poor service and zero communication.

We are very impressed with the service we've received from Jenkins. Their technicians have have visited us twice now to service and repair our boiler. They have all been extremely professional, honest and have consistently provided a high standard of service. Lee, who visited today, was exceptionally good (and very popular with our dog!). The person who we've been speaking to on the phone has also been extremely kind and helpful. After decades of difficulties with various service providers, Jenkins has already proven themselves far superior. We intend to continue using them for our future needs

After being let down by a different company, Neil attended my elderly parents house and repaired their 'unconventional' heating and DHW system. It took two visits to fully fix the issues - that was due to the configuration of the system, so completely understandable. Neil was punctual, polite and efficient. The communication and admin is 1st class. Recommended. Just awaiting his recommendation for my parents bath mixer tap which appears to be obsolete!

I've used this company three times - for a cistern leak repair, boiler and gas fire service, and most recently for a boiler replacement. Each time their team have been excellent. Bookings are always convenient and confirmed by text. They turn up when they say they will. And every member of their team is extremely professional and courteous.Their workmanship is high quality and their charges are competitive. From my personal experience I have no hesitation in recommending them.
