We instructed Helen to help us with a house purchase but unfortunately we were gazzumped at the last minute. I can't recommend Ushi and her team at Layzells highly enough. Not the cheapest Residential Conveyancing service that I obtained a quote for but I definitely got what I paid for. Ushi was on hand, polite, professional, extremely thorough, methodical and timely in her dealings with my house purchase. Hopefully I won't ever move again but if I do, Layzells will be my default choice.
