Depending on the size and complexity of the estate our fees may vary to reasonably reflect time spent on the matter. Usually probate will be charged at the principal's hourly rate and/or a percentage of the estate. A fixed fee may be given on straightforward IHT exempt Estates or on application for probate not requiring a full IHT Return.
What are the legal aspects of buying a house? The first thing that you will need to do is to obtain a quote by telephoning / faxing or emailing our offices for a request for a quote. Unless you are a cash buyer you will need to arrange a mortgage. There are many independent advisers who are qualified to help you with this.
