Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
I've been a customer of Wheels for many years. Throughout that time I've enjoyed great service at a very fair price. They're good people who communicate well and, most importantly, are knowledgeable and trustworthy (they don't try and twist your arm to have something done if it isn't necessary!) Their success is well deserved.

I took my Mercedes motorhome to “Wheels” to have some work done and picked it up 7days later.
After arriving home, I had a phone call from them saying I had hit a car while driving out of their garage. I was unaware of it, but upon looking at my motorhome I found that the glass of a small indicator light on the side (costing £11.00) was broken. I drove back to “Wheels” and was shown the car involved. I was shocked to see much more damage than I thought I could possibly have done. The car had a hole in centre of the back light and a large pointed dent in the bumper. Upon inspection it

I've done my Mercedes repairs at their garage for a few years but I am currently changing them as they shamelessly overprice things and are very aggressive. When I stated the repairs cost me too much they got defensive, raising their voice and arguing and then kept pushing the price lower and lower until they got it 1/3 down from the initial price (a few thousands) to get me to agree. They even threatened me that I can't take the car out because it failed its MOT (although I did not agree for them to proceed with it before the repairs). I called DVLA to make sure I was able to take it out of there
