Services
The nursery, which will open its doors in 2017, will provide quality care and learning for young children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years. Children are never too young to learn and at Pear Tree Nursery, a learning journey will begin when a baby joins us to when a child starts a new chapter at Primary School.
Each of our learning environments are spacious, warm and welcoming. Thoughtfully designed to create a homely ambiance for your child, we use natural colours that offer a calming and tranquil atmosphere to the nursery. Furthermore, our range of age-appropriate resources promote independence and well-being; foster the development of communication and language skills and ignite creativity and imagination within your child.
It is important that your baby or young child feels safe, secure and settled and we intend to promote this through warm, caring and trusting relationships with practitioners. We have a firm understanding that no two routines are the same and that your child's routine can change from week to week. A team of passionate and sensitive practitioners will work closely with you to ensure that individual routines are met.

At this young age, children have sheer determination and often insist on doing things for themselves.
Within 'The Orchard' we intend to introduce a more structured daily routine to help prepare the children for the next stage in their development; the transition to primary school. A variety of opportunities have been specifically designed to encourage early literacy skills including a programme called 'Letters and Sounds Phase One'.

I’m so happy we found Pear Tree Nursery last year for Emmeline. All the staff are absolutely brilliant and i think it’s great how all the staff work across the board so all the children know and feel safe with… every staff member.
Special mentions to Kerry-Ann and Chelsie enough in Seedlings, Chelsie as Emmeline’s key worker, I feel, has really invested in her development and Emmeline absolutely adores her. They are great with things like changes to nap timings or routines and it’s never an issue if we’re adjusting things like that. It’s testament to all

Fantastic nursery! Octayvia loves attending always plenty of different activities each time she attends. All the staff are very friendly and really get to know your child. The Tapestry app is brilliant and enables us to see what the kids have been learning/exploring. Keep up the hard work and thank you!
