If a loved one has sadly passed away at home, the first contact should be with the deceased's doctor who, if satisfied, will issue the medical certificate of death. Sometimes you will be asked to collect this from the surgery. If the doctor is uncertain as to the cause of death, they will refer the death to the coroner.

Excellent professional service by Judy and her team. We have used this funeral director twice this year and both funerals were different, but both very good occasions. One pre-Covid, was a magnificent celebration with a full team of greys and white carriage, full military honours for a RAF veteran. Judy was the ultimate professional, organising everything. She was friendly and approachable, always there for us if we needed anything. Our dearly beloved was cherished in their care from when first collected to the final cremation. Everything went smoothly due to Judy's attention to detail. Her suggestions
