When your pet is ill, it is only natural to be worried and concerned for their wellbeing. Not knowing what facilities your chosen veterinary practice operates behind the scenes is a common cause of further anxiety to pet owners.

Having invested in extensive, spacious, modern facilities and advanced equipment to facilitate diagnosis and treatment, Two By Two Veterinary Centre is delighted to provide transparency, details and peace of mind to our clients regarding the facilities we operate.
At Two By Two Veterinary Centre, we are always available to see your pet if they are not well. During an initial consultation appointment, a thorough history will be collected and evaluated, followed by the undertaking of a physical examination including weight measurement. Any further diagnostic investigations or treatments that are warranted will be discussed and scheduled if appropriate by the veterinary surgeon.
To issue prescription medicines your pet must have been examined by a Veterinary Surgeon at Two by Two Veterinary Centre within the previous six months. Please order in good time so your pet doesn't risk running out. There is NO CHARGE for this service. It is also dependent on stock being available and in stock, otherwise we will order it in for you and inform you when it arrives.

Took a quiet bird there this week that was struggling to breathe when exerted. Told to give it a medicine normally prescribed for cats & guinea pigs...after first dose it looked like it was choking, then died overnight. Enough said.

Really kind and patient vet. You can see they have genuine love for animals and I know my cat (fur baby) is in safe hands. They have helped me so much with my first animal ownership. No question is too stupid 😂

I struggled to find a vet who understood the rather quirky needs of my rescue cats, and I've been travelling to Andrew for a couple of years now, despite having closer options. He cares about my pets, but I never feel he's trying the 'hard sell'. He has dealt with them for routine things, as well as a couple of emergencies: I always trust what he says.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Andy has to be the best vet I’ve ever had who takes care of our 3 cats with great affection. We travel further to get here for the simple reason that we know we can trust them. They have never let us down. So grateful to Andy and his whole team ever since they started up and all through 2020 they were there if we needed them.

Asked for deworming tablets over the phone, when this was collected by a friend of ours, they charged us for flee tablets as well. We called back to let them know and they refused to take back the tablets, despite the seal not being tampered and the misunderstanding which I believed was their fault. Some would agree to a misunderstanding in good faith. They didn’t! They have lost a customer.

Wrongly diagnosed my dog , prescribed him medication that caused him to collapse when he should have been sent to emergency hospital for heart failure and renal failure - had to take him there myself to Queen Mothers Hospital for Animals by cab, cost me over 300.00 pounds and this vet wants 200.00 for causing him to collapse?

over charged me for nail clipping four dogs, said it was 9 pounds then charged double, same with a pets passport, quoted one price charged 40 pounds more.

this vet has ONE recommendation on LINKEDIN, https://uk.linkedin.com/in/andrewmonchar shame this wasn't listed
