Services
Mottingham Hall has been awarded the Ofsted Outstanding Award. This award would not have been possible without the continued hard work and dedication of our highly qualified Educators. We adhere to the statutory requirements and ethos of EYFS curriculum. Each Educator has their own Continuous Performance Development plan which is closely monitored and training opportunities on and off site are consistently promoted.
Set in 4 acres of beautiful land with its own forest school and farm, our nursery promotes child-centred learning in the most natural way. Children love exploring and enjoying our stunning grounds - running, cycling, hiding and reaping the benefits of outdoor play, learning and exploration.
Our team of Educators are always on hand to support and develop the children's ideas and help them to learn to keep themselves safe alongside taking appropriate risks and challenges.Our pre-school and 2-year-old researchers regularly go out to our forest school lead by our experienced and qualified forest school leader and manager.

To ensure our children receive appropriate care and education at their different stages of development, our nursery is split into four rooms. Our children will only move up a room when they are ready and this will be over a phased transition period. Our Saplings room is our youngest room, offering our youngest researchers a calm and tranquil space with daily opportunities to experience awe and wonder.
We are committed to open and honest communication regarding your child's development and experience at our day nursery. Working together, we will support your child to develop a positive sense of self and a healthy enthusiasm towards learning and discovery throughout the first informative years. Our online parent portal gives secure access to your child's learning and development progress at any time.
We provide consistently reviewed risk assessments not only by our team but by the children as well - helping them identify with risk in a positive way from an early age. We understand our responsibility to GDPR and the importance of confidentiality and appropriate information sharing. Access to the nursery grounds is via a secure pin code pad and biometric fingerprint system to enter the building.
