Computers and software seem to get more and more complicated. Keeping track of developments, updates and renewals is hard to do when it's not your main task. Finding time to do all the updates, backups and tests and checks and fitting them into your day is hard. At FBN software we can manage all this and we usually perform these tasks remotely when you are all safely out of the way thus minimising the disturbance to your office routine.

Allocating your own resources to keeping on top of these things is often an unwanted cost and distraction, we can manage these tasks and keep the costs down while not disturbing your other tasks.
Like us, data ages, as do spreadsheets, applications, procedures and even physical data storage. Or rather they stand still and everything around them moves on, idears, assumptions and especialy all those "I'll remember that and not document it properly" caveats. IMS provides appointments and document management for the medical aspects of the insurance sector.
