We also specialise in the manufacturing of components for pneumatic and hydraulic applications, which include modules for trains and heavy haulage.

Abtech Precision Engineering Ltd has been established for over 30 years, specialising in CNC turning and CNC milling of 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis precision components. We offer a comprehensive engineering service from prototype work through to volume production. Electronic data can be interpreted and interrogated in many formats including edgecam.
3 x 5 Axis machining centres for the manufacture of high precision complex parts, which offer simultaneous machining capability. Enabling us to machine in a single setup helping to save time and give the benefit of greater accuracy and repeatability. Our CAD software enables us to interrogate model files in various languages such as iges and stp.
We have a dedicated room away from the factory floor which is used for assembly and testing of components. All aviation assemblies are carried out to customer ATP's (acceptance test plans) these include components for galley's and cabin interiors for some of the world's leading aircraft interior manufacturers.
We have invested in recent years to ensure we have the capability to inspect components to high levels of accuracy. One exponent of this has been the introduction of a CMM machine, which has the capability to produce reports based on customer supplied model files. We can produce custom reports outlined by our customer or FAIR's to AS9102 the aviation industry standard of reporting.
