As a private landlord, I got bitten by a rogue tenant. Since leaving my house in Robin Jones's hands, there have still been problem tenants but I can honestly say Sue at Robin Jones has been superb. She has gone above and beyond every time an issue has been raised, dealing with histrionics in a calm and professional manner. She has sourced new tenants in an amazingly short period of time, sorted the usual maintenance disasters and planned maintenance which crop up in a timely manner and whilst I hold my breath sometimes when I see the number flash on my phone just in case its going to cost me,

Robin Jones were highly professional throughout the sale of my property. They were informative throughout every step. My property was a difficult property to market and sell due to its historical issues but they were able to complete the sale. They marketed well and carried out professional viewings.
