I visited Lumbers to replace a gold chain for my wife's sentimental necklace. I had to wait a few weeks for the chain to be shortened but wasn't notified when it it ready to collect, I had to enquire. Upon collection I was shocked to received it in a horrible plastic bag. I was more than happy to pay extra for a gift wrapped box for my wife but wasn't even given the option, presentation means a lot!! I visited Lumbers for a quality service but found myself disappointed, although I was happy with the product.
