We send out your parcel within 24 hours of receiving your payment and your parcel is sent out via next day delivery. In effect this process usually takes two working days. Protection of your data is paramount to us. As we do not currently process online card payments, the only data we temporarily hold is your email and shipping address.

upon purchase i over-payed 5x market value for some fine metals. The staff knowingly increased the prices by 500% to increase their profits at my expense as a customer.
Eventually i got the refund as i returned to the store swiftly after realizing i had been outright swindled. on my return journey to the store for a refund i was reassured with no refund policies & small print. The staff kindly reassured me that this was my problem & that this was the normal procedure
