Services
By way of introduction, Bulwell Forest Golf Club originally became a Club in 1889 known as Notts Golf Club. The course started out as Notts Golf Club in 1889 as a six hole course, then an additional three holes were added in 1890 and the final nine in 1894. Players would store their clubs in the station house under the stairs.
The Beautiful historic 18 hole Bulwell Forest Golf Course located between Bulwell and Top Valley feels like you're in a different world, with its picturesque scenery, beautiful greens, bunkers and tee's you will feel as if you in the middle of nowhere. Whilst making your way around the historic course be sure to watch out for the challenge that lies ahead.
Our Seniors section is headed up by this year's Seniors Captain Brian Haysted backed up by Seniors Secretary Ron Wilkinson. Our seniors section has fixtures throughout the season between themselves and against other clubs in the surrounding area. The seniors are a friendly bunch of people and always welcome new members.
Ladies' Competition Day is Tuesday, where competitors may play at selected reserved tee times, to encourage maximum participation. A number of charity events are run throughout the year, with the Ladies' Captain nominating her charity for each year. The traditional 'Days Out' are also very well attended and enjoyed.

Council run golf course. It's been over 10 years since I last played here. Quite a shirt course, but you've got to be quite accurate as there are alot of mature trees around. The greens aren't very big, but there great to put on, not super fast but get the ball on the right line and you're not going to be far off making birdies and pars. £17 around. Payed more for worst. Give it a go, you might be pleasantly surprised 👍😀
