Hi there my name is Jason Froggat I'm a PGA professional golf coach with over twenty years experience helping players of all abilities improve their game. I offer golf lessons in Nottingham from single one on one lessons, course lessons or group lessons. I also run a comprehensive junior coaching programme.
I'm based at Riverside Golf Centre which is situated within easy reach of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire and only minutes away from junction 25 of the M1. My straightforward approach is based on the philosophy of simplifying the fundamentals. From experience at all levels I've recognised that players need consistency and that this is best achieved by simplifying aspects of the game that can often become over complicated.

Having the passion for teaching and learning, I find great satisfaction in seeing a player improve, whatever their standard of play, and maximize the most of their ability. At JFG one on one lessons are delivered to players of all abilities. Each player is access on a case by case basis as we all learn differently, move differently and built differently, as the old saying goes one size does not fit all in golf.
Golf can be seen as intimidating from the outside looking in, so Group coaching is a great way to be introduced into golf, often learning with a friend, colleagues or even family takes this away and creates a more relaxed environment.
At JFG we can offer group golf lesson in Nottingham which follow a structured weekly session with a maximum of 8 students allows that you receive balanced time whether you are learning the game for the first time or looking to improve your existing skills.Groups can be tailored to suit content, time and abilities.

Two areas I have come across over years of junior development are parents & coaches placing too much pressure or demands on the athlete in question.

The Program is designed to encourage New Lady Golfers and further educate current Lady Golfers. Offering ladies group golf lessons in Nottingham throughout the golfing season the program offers tuition in all aspects of the game of golf to complete beginners to the more experienced golfers.

We hear the saying "train like a pro you'll play like a pro" but I often hear I hit it great on the range but not when I play. My Players Program at JFG is exactly what is says on the tin, three keys areas are accessed before we map out your pathway or blueprint to maximize your potential. Often documented that between 66% & 72% of your game is played from 100yds and below, does your allocated practice time allow for this?

Good value for money 100 balls £6.50. Today I used the ball tracker very good, but if course with all driving ranges that balls have a different compression to the ones you use so don't go as far, so hit a few of you own to get a better yardage and sometimes other peoples balls interfered with mine but all in all a good gadget
