They gave me all the information to securely post my jewellery. The scrap value was as quoted on their website. Their price per gram and the sovereign price was extremely competitive, the best I could find. Money was transferred into my account just after shop receipt. No hassle experience its great to get good customer experience.

A thoroughly good experience: I called in with my Wife today with a view to selling a few gold and silver items. Beforehand we'd weighed them ourselves on our postal scales and had an idea of perhaps what we thought may have been a very optimistic price. The price actually offered beat that price - by £1, which of course was accepted! It's a wonderful feeling to get much-needed money for a few pieces of what's basically scrap metal. The customer service is really friendly yet professional, and we can't fault the valuation.
