Outstanding, Just collected a fantastic restoration job done on my wife's late Grandma's watch, Simon And Cheryl at James Hadley Fine Diamonds have really excelled themselves on this. My wife will now wear it as often as she can in remembance of her grandma. A fantastic piece that could so easily have been stowed away and never to see the light of day again, but a concerted effort of time and money has turned it around to a beautiful timepiece again worthy of wearing and showing off anywhere.

Needed a ring in a unusual size and within the same day, other jewellers couldn't do it, so came here. I had never been before but was told about it by my partner, first interaction with people behind the till was great. Really lovely, understanding and patient, can tell they care about you as a person. Explained my situation, picked out a ring, sized my finger 'properly' as another more well known high street jewellers did this wrong, then picked out a ring I liked. Got told they could resize it and have it ready by end of day, got a call at 12.05, they had done it, only took them a few hours
