Preschool Victoria Road Private Daycare Nursery is a well-established nursery of 10 years that provides child daycare facilities for babies and children who live in Stretford, Chorlton, Urmston, Davyhulme, Flixton, Carrington, Sale and all other areas of Trafford, Greater Manchester.

Services
Victoria Road Private Day Nursery was founded over 10 years ago and has become a very popular nursery to the local community of Stretford. We take great pride in our nursery and the wonderful experience that babies, toddlers and children truly enjoy. Our nursery is NDNA and Ofsted approved. We work in conjunction with Trafford Early Years, agencies, EYFS and Early Years Development Journal.
They will also be given a copy of the 'Terms and Conditions' which needs to be signed and kept on file. Our settling-in policy will be explained to parents and dates will be agreed for settling-in visits and the starting date. Parent(s) guardians will be encouraged to bring their child to visit the nursery a few times prior to their starting date.
Here at Victoria Road day nursery we aim to meet each Childs individual needs of developments and showing their abilities, progress and areas needing further staff or parental assistance. We accept that each child learns at different rates and treat each child individually. All our staff are aware of the importance of the positive play environment for the child to promote good social skills and all aspects of this countries multicultural society.
We feel that security is crucial for the safe guarding of the children that attend the nursery. This also must be backed up by phoning the nursery to inform only management of whom will be collecting their child and also stating the time of collection. The nursery has installed an intercom system at the main entrance which is operated by management only.
Parents and carers are encouraged to attend regular parents evenings. These are held twice a year to enable you to discuss your Childs development with your Childs key worker. We send out regular news letters to all families updating them with events and information regarding the nursery. If you wish we will send via email.

Covid guidelines put in place prevents you seeing the condition your children learn in. Not once have I been able to see where my child spends her day or whether she is adequately treated. I did feel there were favourites when I came for a viewing and notice some children were not really watched as much. It did concern me and I was surprised to see it got high ofsted report considering the staff changes that take place. Can only wonder if these inspection were preplanned as I certainly don't think they are at that level.

Had plumbing work done said we overcharged when we were there before opening hrs at 7.15am used a branded part and do not want to pay even tho they like to take all that money for nursery fees and her brother is a plumber who would have done it cheaper we are a plumbing company not family , so it looks like we have to have it collected by our collections agency look out for them when picking up your precious ones from nursery
