Linden Tree Nursery
For general enquires please email admissions@ltns.org.uk. Our nursery schools are very busy and are not always able to answer your questions over the phone. A long established family run group of small bespoke nurseries, which has been successfully providing early education for young children in South London families for over ten years.

We are proud of our great team of highly qualified, experienced, caring staff who work to provide a stimulating environment for all children that attend. The Senior Management Team went to Germany to explore Froebel's first Kindergarten and School. A discussion about Froebel's Mother Songs with Professor Tina Bruce and fellow Froebelian's.
Services
Our first nursery opened in 2005 after I had returned to work following the birth of my daughter. At the time, the closest day nursery to Northcote Road was near Battersea Park and I worked in the City as a Business Analyst for a large Aviation Insurance Company - it was not going to be a very practical commute.
We are a small, bespoke, family run group where children are truly at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on striving to become a center of excellence and are the nursery of choice for many local families. Our ETHOS in how we think we should conduct ourselves and how as a company we deliver our practice can been demonstrated through the following characteristics.
We work closely with Sean Riches from Erskine Nash Associates to coach and train our management team. Sean was first introduced to us as a parent when his children (now teenagers!) Since founding Erskine Nash in 2007, Sean and his team are extremely successful in coaching different types of management teams around the world.
Our highly esteemed practitioners and teachers are formally qualified either at Degree level or qualified with an NVQ 3 in Early Childhood Education. They also receive training in the Froebelian principles through the travelling tutors from the Froebel Trust. Froebel believed that children learn by listening and observing behaviours which they then master and copy in order to interact with their peers or express their emotions.
Each of our nursery schools are in Victorian buildings with big windows and lots of natural sunlight, wooden flooring and soft homely furnishings. Our Froebelian nursery schools all have white walls and a hessian back drop which allows each setting to capture more natural light which creates a calmer environment.
