My grandparents spent their anniversary here. The set up was beautiful and the attentiveness of staff was great!! The staff worked incredibly hard.
However the set menu was disappointing, the main came along and the vegetables were incredibly raw and hard.
The pizza dough was very thin, dry and still full of flour. Personally, I wouldn’t go back.
I’m in my mid 20s, and I’m pretty sure the waiter was in his 40s. He did not in the slightest make me feel comfortable and was very overly friendly but in an inappropriate way. Please teach your staff manners that won’t lead women to feel insecure

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had- the manger was loud, highly inappropriate and just generally made us feel very uncomfortable. The service was so awful- felt really bad for the new waiters who clearly wanted and needed training but they were just shoved into doing their job without any guidance.
I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant, I’d definitely avoid if you can.

1st of all my lovely daughter won us a meal for 2 at this restaurant which I was so excited about as I’ve been past it so many times and have been meaning to go in and try it . After calling them twice just to check what was included in this meal I was told it would be a 3 course and a bottle of house wine so I went ahead and booked a table . Took… 30 minutes to be seated so got a drink at the bar ( bar staff really lovely ) . When I presented the waiter with the token he told us we could have a pizza or pasta dish and a glass of wine each (wow) . As I’m Italian and can cook

Honestly, after hearing so much about this place, I was expecting better. I was completely underwhelmed by my pasta, as were my friends who also had pastas and pizza. It's a big, casual restaurant, so maybe it would be good for a large, rowdy party or big group, but for 4 of us, the food was really unremarkable. I won't be back. For the money and in the area, I think La Strega on Fulham Road is a much better bet.

I was recently invited out by a good friend of mine and she suggested Paggliacco's in Fulham. Having never heard of the place, I had no idea of what to expect. We met outside and we walked in to be seated, choosing to sit outside in the comfortable "al fresco" area.
The sign's outside suggested that it was world famous and the roman statue on the street (dressed in a napkin to cover his pride) - gave an impression that this restaurant was going to be lively. Early impressions were that this is a family friendly restaurant with a relaxed and casual feel. Offering pizza and

This place is so so. Probably more popular because of the atmosphere rather than the food, it is well known for its rowdy Italian waiters and loud shenanigans that happen most weekend evenings. If it's your birthday (and you are a girl) you get a complimentary birthday cake in the shape of a phallus which you are forced to eat. Funny but not everyone's cup of tea.
