After a career in corporate training within the service industry, I worked in a school. I then decided to become a Driving Instructor. This enabled me to combine my love of driving and training and helping others. I qualified as a DSA Approved Driving Instructor at the first attempt in 1992. Obtaining my ADI licence was preceded by passing the Institute of Advanced Motorists driving test with flying colours.
I ran a very successful Driving School in Dorset for 13 years where I was also the Chairman and Secretary of the Local Driving Instructors Association for most of those years. I relocated to Worcester in 2005 and quickly built up a new Driving School in this area. Therefore I have vast experience of all types of urban and country roads and different Motorways.

I am so glad I was recommended Vanessa to teach me how to drive and get me through my driving test. After several driving instructors I had no confidence in learning to drive and wanted to give up but then it all changed when I had my first lesson with Vanessa. She had a belief in me that I could pass my test, which I never had before.

Vanessa is an excellent driving instructor. Vanessa was my second driving instructor, who has made me feel at ease, explained things really well and always had patience with areas of weakness. I honestly never thought I would be able to drive without feeling incredibly anxious... let alone enjoy driving... but here I am! All thanks to Vanessa. I would and have recommended her driving service to both family and friends and I would recommend it to you too!

Vanessa made me feel so at ease when teaching me to drive, despite me being really anxious (and pregnant!) She ensured I was completely ready before taking my test and helped me to pass first time! Would highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is patient, friendly and incredibly knowledgable.

Vanessa has been honestly a true gem with helping me learn, and pass my test! I came to her being terrified of getting in the car to drive! But her calm nature and patience made driving fun! My confidence has grown massively thanks to her!

Vanessa's friendly demeanour instantly puts any nervous learner at ease . With her outpouring patience and support I was able to pass my practical test the first time! She lets you know that she's got your back in terms of difficult times (meeting uncourteous drivers on the road!) but also gives necessary feedback when needed . Vanessa is the best driving instructor anyone could ask for . I would highly recommend her ❤️

As somebody who had another driving instructor before Vanessa I can 100% say that she is brilliant. She helped me to build up my confidence on the roads and become a better driver.
