I have had my property managed by JT for several years and they have really provided an outstanding service. There is little turnover of staff, which means that I have been dealing with the same agents for a long time. Staff is polite, responsive, professional and oriented to find quick solutions. A great agency with a truly professional, bespoke service. Siva was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Unlike many other agents, he took time with our application and made sure we were regularly updated on the progress. His friendly approach and great sense of humor were an additional bonus that made the whole process an actual pleasure! I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Siva, who showed us around a wonderful property in West London. When a few administrative issues appeared during our referencing period, he remained understanding and helpful.
Other estate agents might have just thrown in the towel and moved onto other prospective tenants, so we really appreciated his efforts to make sure we could move into the flat we loved. Would definitely recommend Jorgensen Turner based on this customer service alone. - Ryan

I have been using Jorgensen Turner Estate Agents in Shepherds Bush to manage my property for at least 8 years. In that time they have gone above and beyond what I would expect of them.
