All are passionate and professional individuals who are here to assist you in finding your ideal property. Here are a little more details on each of us. Following a long career in the City of London, Leonardo decided to concentrate on a totally different career path.

Back in 2000 he found himself working for a local estate agent as a lowly sales negotiator, rose to sales manager within a couple of years and now is capitalizing on his 18 years of expertise in the west London sales market.Fluent in three languages and having lost a few hairs and grey cells he has lost none of his verve and is passionately active in his job.

Buying & Selling Report

Deciding to buy a home is exciting. First of all know how much you can afford. Take financial advice and take a mortgage in principle. Let the viewings begin. When you have found your perfect home the next step Is to secure the property by making an acceptable offer. This offer will be put forward to the seller both verbally and in writing.

International Report

We have a growing numbers of clients that have properties overseas. To respond to a raising clients' demand, we have commenced marketing international properties. This is a new area of expansion for us and we use the services of Rightmove Overseas to help us promote our clients properties. The UK purchaser is a valuable addition to local buyers, be it in Italy or further afield.
